Datainfo Computer started to sell product under own brand name Datainfo. Initially, Datainfo brand products are monitor, casing, microphone, keyboard, mouse, headset, refill ink and printer ribbon. After much success, Datainfo brand was replaced with a better conceptualize brand: my10’s.

Datainfo Computers Sdn. Bhd. manages its direct distribution businesses under the brand name of my10's. We currently have 18 proprietary branches and are still growing to provide better services throughout the region. For a list of our branches, click here. We also participate in Computer Fairs such as Pikom PC Fair to further promote our sales and distribution.

Currently, the brand “my10’s” is still in the development stage. Compare with other brand, my10’s has an average market share in local computer industry. With the various promotion tools from time to time, the brand “my10’s” become more popular and the market share keeps expanding and increasing.

Two full time and 1 part-time designers are responsible in packaging design and development. They work closely with OEM Manufacturers. In overall, my10’s packaging emphasize in the concept of informative and corporate image.

my10’s brand will be trademarks for all products distributed by Datainfo Distribution Sdn Bhd.

Datainfo Distribution has it channel partner network which are formed by my10’s directly operate branches and through appointed dealer. We provide:
1. Logistic and inventories management
2. Sales and Marketing Support
3. Business Development Activities.

Datainfo Computer Sdn Bhd has setup specialized PC Clinic in 18 strategic service center, nationwide: Central: KL: Low Yat, Selangor: Klang, Shah Alam, Kajang; North: Penang ; East: Kuantan: Megamall, Forum, Kuantan Parade, Center Point, Jln Wong Ah Jang, Kuala Terengganu, Kota Bahru, Kemaman ; West Malaysia: Kuching.

We work closely with channel partner in pricing, promotion, and new product innovation and business development opportunities. Therefore, we have created a few business partners which fully utilize my10’s concept in their business operation. They are granted to use my10’s signage and other CIS representation

We also support reseller from freelance, shop owner, school, corporate and government. These remain small portion of our business but they are great supporter.

All my10’s products have designated product manager in charge with the development and innovation. They are fully dedicated to create a mark in their categories.

my10s’ are continuing to promote brand name through many forms. We produced monthly colorful A3 size brochure according to area and localities. We have billboard at major towns and promote the standard signboard among channel partners. We have development many CIS items like company F1 uniform, booklet, radio show, video clip, company profile, price list, t-shirt, concept shop, customized display racks, packaging, banner, company promotion vehicle, plastic bag and other related items.

Presently, my01’s has benefited from our hard work. We have achieved nationwide coverage with direct operating outlets. We have own branding for product which has won the Malaysia Book of Records being the first local brand to achieve so. My10’s products and solution are well known with good credibility. All these are realized with visionary and strong management team. The strong internal marketing team has the momentum to create the trend for my10’s brand as the market leader.
