As early as 2009, AeroBus had a fleet of 20 express buses and over 80 staff, plying 42 trips to and from KL Sentral and Low Cost Carrier Terminal. The first bus starts as early as 3.15am to 10.30pm daily with trips every half hour.In the beginning, we were only ferrying about 33 thousand passengers per month, but with the combine effort from the top and low management, we are able to achieve over 80 thousand passengers per month since 2008, averaging almost 3 thousand passengers per day.
In AeroBus, we are giving 5-star services at affordable bus fares; two-way adult price of only RM14.00. The one-way trip is only RM8.00 and children under 12 years old pays only RM4.00. In total, services are intangible. They are performance and experiences rather than objects. Services with high labour content are heterogeneous, so, we always keep all our coaches in tip top condition. Over a million ringgit are used for maintenance purposes that results in a smooth and efficient operation with minimal hassle for the passengers.The company also provides regular coaching and motivation to the staff to achieve the utmost service culture and attitude.
Started from September 2010, Aerobus also provide transfer service from LCCT to Genting and vice versa. Currently, we have total of 6 trips per day.
Last but not least, we strongly believe that our motto "Cheap, Convenient and Comfort" is ready to meet on new market challenges and excellent services with a caring touch.
Located at the basement level of KL Sentral Station, it offers a non-stop service to LCCT (Low Cost Carrier Terminal) for RM8.00 per trip, or RM14.00 for a two-ways trip. Is the cheapest bus fair at LCCT at the moment.
If you are already at LCCT and you need a ride to KL Sentral Station, the Aerobus counter is located at the meeting area at the arrival hall of LCCT. It costs RM8.00 to travel from LCCT to KL Setral Station as well.
