U-Heng was established since 1st June 1989 by Mr.Cheon Lai Heng. There was a time without shoplot and start with only a Toyata KE36 Wagon and motorcycles as freelancer. In a year later, U-Heng office located at 85 Jalan Trus, ½ shoplot.

Year 1992, U-Heng already have U-Heng own office at No: 49, JALAN KERIS, TAMAN SRI TEBRAU, 80050, JOHOR BAHRU, MALAYSIA.

In year 1996, U-Heng decide to upgrade U-Heng business registration to private limited company as U-Heng Office Equipment Sdn Bhd (395351-X).
